Longwood Fire Crews Free Stuck Driver From Creek In Chester County

Fire crews rescued a trapped driver from a car wreck in Pocopson Township (Chester County), authorities said.

Crews arrived on the scene to find a car that veered off the road into a creek on East Lafayette Drive Thursday evening, according to Longwood Fire Company.

Crews were able to safely remove the driver.

The driver was turned over to EMS for a medical evaluation. The extent of their injuries was not made clear.
